July 19, 2010 — Nippon Express uses an index-based surcharge that is adjusted monthly. Changes to the surcharge will be effective the first day of each month. Applicable Fuel Surcharge for August is as follows:

• Us Average: 18.0%
• East Coast Average: 18.5%
  • New England: 19.5%
  • Central Atlantic: 19.5%
  • Lower Atlantic: 18.0%
• Midwest: 18.0%
• Gulf Coast: 18.0%
• Rocky Mountain: 18.5%
• West Coast: 19.5%
