• East Coast Average: 20.5%
  • New England: 20.5%
  • Central Atlantic: 21.5%
  • Lower Atlantic: 20.0%
• Midwest: 20.0%
• Gulf Coast: 19.5%
• Rocky Mountain: 21.0%
• West Coast: 21.5%
