• East Coast Average: 16.5%

  • Central Atlantic: 17.5%
  • Lower Atlantic: 16.0%
• Midwest: 16.0%
• Gulf Coast: 15.5%
• Rocky Mountain: 16.5%
• West Coast: 17.5%
